Our areas of expertise are in all phases of residential & commercial construction. We have designed, built and remodeled beautiful homes for nearly 30 years. Limiting the amount of projects we take on each year allows us to focus on every detail of each build. DJ Hartman personally oversees every aspect of each project we take on. With an emphasis on meeting deadlines and value engineering, our concern remains with our customer needs rather than overextending ourselves for the sake of taking on additional projects.

Each project begins with a free overview and consultation of our customers specific needs. We listen to each need and make recommendations based of our experience in the industry. Our familiarity with various aspects of the construction industry, allow us to come up with creative solutions to common problems that we may face.

One of the biggest considerations we face on behalf of potential customers is not only keeping projects on track as far as timelines are concerned, but keeping them on budget. We have worked on many jobs, large and small alike and therefore have many resources at our disposal to ensure that we always meet our project deadlines and budget.

We’ve been building since 1984 and have assisted in the design of projects from small remodels to large custom homes and commercial buildings. Whether we’re working directly with clients or their interior designers, our expertise in design and deployment is always available. Initial design planning ensures that the client’s exact vision is always what we deliver.

Once we have fully assessed our clients requirements, a comprehensive itemized cost break down is drafted and delivered. A client’s budget is heavily considered and used to shape our recommendations contained in our proposal. Upon approval of our proposal a project timeline is set and a beginning date for the project is set.
